International Staff Days 17 - 19 March 2027

Administrative staff from departments of Internationalisation, Career and Student Counselling, Special Educational Support, Marketing & Communication, Research & Development

Preliminary programme

Wednesday 17 March we welcome our guests to our international campus in Viborg, showing them the beautiful medieval city and presenting our new international bachelor’s degree in cyber security, and much more.

On Thursday 18 March, lecturers will give workshops at our campus in Randers and other staff will participate in meetings/workshops relevant to their work field.

Friday 19 March, lecturers will do workshops with our online students and there will be various workshops/activities for other staff.

During the stay at Dania, we will take care of practicalities such as transfers to and from the hotel and campuses and we will host both lunch and dinners. All guests will be accommodated at a hotel in Randers.

What to expect?

• If you are a lecturer

Lecturers should prepare a workshop lasting 90 minutes. We will put you in contact with relevant Dania lecturers to discuss the content of your workshop. 

You must expect to give the same workshop several times, depending on demand. We cannot guarantee that you will teach 8 hours. Therefore, you should apply your home institution for a mixed Erasmus+ Teaching/Training Stay.

In most cases, your "audience" will be students in the same year and program, but whenever it's relevant, it may also be a mix. Some of your workshops may be online or in a hybrid format.

During our International Days, you will also have the opportunity to meet with Dania colleagues to discuss future cooperation. In fact, this feature is so important to us that we would prefer participants who are interested in cooperating with us about COIL, Erasmus+ short-term stays, BIPs and similar projects.

• If you are from an administrative department?

A variety of workshops, presentations, and dialogs within the areas of your work. You can expect to meet colleagues from Dania and other partner universities working within in the same area as you – thus you get the possibility of sharing experiences and best practice with colleagues from both Europe and overseas.

If you are not able to attend in person, we now also welcome online participation with a focus on our online study programs within
