Summer School in Denmark

Cphbusiness & Dania Academy warmly welcomes students for a Summer School in Denmark.

The Summer School will be held in Copenhagen and Viborg and will last 1-4 weeks, depending on classes chosen.


The duration of a course is 1 week. You can choose up to four courses.

Our Teaching Approach

  • There will be close interaction between students and lecturers
  • Learning methods will alternate between lectures, theoretical exercises and assignments, case study method and individual tutoring. Class discussion will be an important learning channel as well
  • Teamwork and Company visits will also be a big part of the Summer School courses
  • Cumulatively building and applying through PowerPoint and oral presentation

Teaching Level

  • Undergraduate College Level
  • Intermediate level B1 (Independent) proficiency in English as a Second Language recommended. Limited Chinese/ English Translation is available if needed.

  • Product design in a circular perspective

    If you want to learn more about designing new products, you must choose this course. The knowledge and skill learn through this course in industrial design and sustainability, can assist in developing products based on considerations of form, function, needs, production, sustainability, material selection and design trends. You will gain:

    We are going to focus on automating manual processes and teach the main knowledges on how to use this set of skills on enterprises.

  • Sharing Economy as a business model

    Sharing Economy is a crucial concept to understand nowadays. The student will gain insights into how the sharing economy business model works and will work with topics related to creating and managing such business models:


    Knowledge about:

    • Common sharing economy business models
    • Motives for participants in sharing economy business model
    • Management models when no formal leadership can be done.

    Skills in:

    • User centered, Co-creation models for involvement
    • Stakeholder analysis for assessing the impact.

Accommodation in Copenhagen

In Copenhagen students will be able to stay at Steel House, a New Yorker-inspired luxury hostel accommodation (in the form of a shared 6-bed dorm).

The hostel is ideally situated within easy walking distance to central Copenhagen and Cphbusiness Campus.

Steel House Copenhagen Hotel offers a game room and board games for guests. A gym, yoga classes and a fitness center as well as cycling and billiards are available on the premises.

Accommodation in Viborg

The students will be able to live in Camp Logos. Camp Logos in Viborg is the new and modern student dorms located just across the street from the campus and still in walking distance to the city center. This is where students live, hang out and make friends. Camp Logos offers 374 student apartments in a cool study environment. The rooms have a private bathroom and a mini-kitchen. Fully equipped kitchens are available in the common areas, that also consist of laundry rooms, a car and bycicle parking, study lounges.
